Which exposed interface/object to reference in ActiveX

With reference to VC#.Net with 1.1 framework :-

I've just started using IBM's MQSeries, and have
referenced the MQAX200.dll
in my project, allowing me to access the exposed
interface for the
framework.

For each object, say, QueueManager, there are three
things exposed:
- IMQQueueManager200
- MQQueueManager (in the IDE's object viewer, also with
the interface symbol
next to it)
- MQQueueManagerClass (appears with the class symbol next
to it)

Which one do I use to access the object? Or are there
differing
options/types/combinations that I use?

typical eg (?) :

MQQueueManager mgr = new MQQueueManagerClass();
Thanks!
Daniel.
