COM+ emitting JSCRIPT

Hi all,
Anybodys help will be appreciated. I have to
develop a COM+ component that is supposed to emit JScript
code. This is for an HTML Authoring project. This
multithreaded component will sit on the server and
provide service to clients on different machines in the
same intranet. This will provide services like standard
text formatting (cut, copy, font, color etc) + Table
insertion + resource insertion (images etc.). JSCRIPT i am
told will carry data internally between component and
frontend.
Problem is that i cannot understand how this will
be done in the sense that how different parts will fit in.
I will have the HTML, the CSS but how does JScript help in
formatting and doing all this.
Please help me if u can.
Thanks
