I hope I'm asking this in the right group. I have an .exe application
running on one of our servers that opens a remoting channel. A .aspx page
communicates with it via remoting. On a particular request, IE is timing out
and I'm not sure how to increase the time before timeout. I have increased
the timeout seconds of the .aspx application via IIS, in the .aspx page I
use:
Server.ScriptTimeout = 600
and it still times out. Is there something I'm missing to keep it from
timing out?
P.S. These requests can be quite lengthy at times. That's why I put it up to
600 seconds
