Missing XML comment for excluded file

P: n/a

When compiling (using MS VS 2003) with the xml output option enabled I
get "Missing XML Comment for pub.....".
This of course is the way it should be but is there a way to make the
compiler ignore missing xml comments for excluded files?

ex: I have classA and classB in my project. classA is compiled and 1
warning is thrown due to missing XML comment and say 20 warnings is
thrown for classB.

classB is excluded using the "Exclude From Project" context menu and
it has no XML comments.

So again is there a way to make the MS VS 2003 ignore excluded files
when checking for XML comments?
