validating an XML schema in C# using DOM

Hi,

I have an existing DOM-object (instance of XmlDocumnt) filled with some
XML data. Now I want to validate that document against an XML schema. I
have a reference to an XML Schema for that purpose.
As far as I know I have to pass the code to a XmlValidatingReader. I do
this with an extra-XML-element which is wrong concerning the XML Schema.
Anyway the parser doesn't complain and reads the wrong XML data
without any remarks. Here are some code fragments:

Neither do I get exceptions nor does the routine run into the
validationCallBack.
