bootstrapper sample how ??

I know this has been asked a million times, but I have
read all the MS links to installing the .Net framework
with a setup project and I still cannot figure it out.
First of all the docs keep referring to Bootstrapper Sample,
where is the Sample ??? All I can find is how to write
the Settings.ini file. Secondly, how can I add the
Settings.ini and dotnetfx.exe files to my Setup project
so that they are installed alongside my .msi file?
When I add them to my Setup project, the get built
in to the .msi file. If I choose Exclude, then they do not get
copied. Is there a definitive step by step instruction page
for this?

Thanks in advance

Mike,

Yeah I need 1.1
I finally found the download too, funny there is not a link
from the articles, that is what threw me off.

I still do not see how to get my setup project to include
these files into the build output. So it looks like I have to
do it by hand each time. Do you know of a way to have
VS place these into the setup build output automatically?

thanks,

JIM
