Hi

There is a URL Behavior property of the WebService which
defaults to static. Change this property to dynamic and
the Web Reference URL will be placed in the web.config
(in the case of ASP.Net applications) or the application
config file (in the case of applications).

This is only available if you're using VS.Net 2003. If you are, click
the web reference. Look at the properties window of the web reference. If
the properties windows is not shown, right click the web reference and
select properties. Look for the URL behaviour property and change it from
static to dynamic. Changing this will make an entry in your app/web.config
which
you can then change to your hearts content.
