passing values from one user control to another..

hi all,

can anyone tell me how can I pass values to my another user control using C#
in a web based application. I don't want to use Cache or session is there
any other way like using propertires or something...?

Situation demands a click event occured in say header portion and the child
usilities to be displayed in another ascx somewhere in the page...
