Missleading Magic ?

Folks,
DotNetMagic goes commerical! Version 1.0.0. of DotNetMagic (not to be confused with the free
Magic Library) is now available.

Am I the only one who's feeling misslead, deceived and roped-in ?
Am I the only one feeling stupid for letting then get so entrenched ?

Why?

The version you are using is still free. In addition the source is
available.

Perhaps I'm overlooking it, but www.dotnetmagic.com does not offer a
free version nor sourcecode. What I see offered is a library with the same
features but now for 199$ (and with bugfixes I presume ;)). In other words:
the free version has ended, the commercial version has started. Of course
this is great for Phil and I wish him all the best, but I think it should be
noted that there is no free version available anymore, and your posting
seems to say that it is.

I agree that once you have downloaded the free version, and you have
accepted the license of that free version, you are now not in violation when
you do not buy the license of the commercial version.

If you go to sourceforge and do a search for magic, you will find it.

Oh you're right! I completely forgot he had the project up on
sourceforge too. My bad :)
