xml documentation -> html

hi,

i recently downloaded tao.opengl [
http://www.randyridge.com/Tao/Default.aspx ] which came with an xml file
of the documentation. i want to convert it to html, like Tools->Build
Comment Web Pages in VS.NET does. i can't seem to find an easy utility
with which to do this, can someone point me in the right direction?

If you have a .dll and a .xml file that go together, then ndoc is the way to
go:

http://ndoc.sourceforge.net/
