Remoting Function Response Time

Hello

I have a proxy object obj constructed with Activator.GetObject.

I call a function
obj.GetStream(...) but will take some time until the function will return
something.

In this time I get an exception saying that the remoting host closed the
connection.

How can I do to permit my object to wait for the answer longer?
