Framework Backward Compatibility 1.1 vs 1.0

Hi;

We have prepared a project with lots of forms, with oracle db connection on
framework 1.0
What happens if framework 1.1 installed on client machine ? Does my forms
work again ?

Or if I install .net 1.1, can I continue developing same project ?

regards..
