DropDown List

hi,
I am using Dropdown list in my program. I am selecting
DepartmentNo and DepartmentNmae from Department table and
binding to this control. But I have to set default value
is "ALL".
But because of this binding it is taking values from table
and assinged to this control. First Deartment value is
displaying in the list. How to add "ALL" in the first
position. And how to set the DataTextField value?
Below is my code.
