Installing MSDE 2K SP3 using Process() class?

I am having trouble getting setup.exe (which installs
MSDE 2K SP3) to install an instance. It seems to go most
of the way and then hang. If I run the setup.exe
(standalone) from the command line (instead of trying to
call it from my code) it seems to work fine. Can someone
please help?
