WMI Event Help!

I managed to install ( installutil.exe /i ) and send WMI events
successfully, but on the consumming application, the events have Null
property values. Please Help!!! Here is my code:

[assembly:Instrumented("root/default")]
[System.ComponentModel.RunInstaller(true)]
public class MyInstaller : DefaultManagementProjectInstaller {}

[InstrumentationClass(InstrumentationType.Event)]
public class MyNewEvent
{
public string EventName = "test";
}

public class Sample_EventProvider
{
public static int Main(string[] args)
{
MyNewEvent e = new MyNewEvent();
e.EventName = "Hello";
e.Fire();
return 0;
}
}

The Client Code:

ManagementEventWatcher oEventWatcher = new
ManagementEventWatcher("root\\default", "select * from MyNewEvent" );

ManagementBaseObject evtObj = oEventWatcher.WaitForNextEvent(); // listen

object o = evtObj["Name"]; //THIS RETURNS A NULL VALUE
