Problem with assembly

ok this didnt get posted last time so ill post it again
Ok here is my problem. I a class that contains all the objects in my
program. Unfortunatly webservices do not return the objecs of this type. For
the sake of understanding here is the layout.

Namespace is

PjdCommon which has a class called SearchResult.
Now When I return a searchResult from the SearchWs webservice. It doesent
return an object of type PjdCommon.SearchResult, it will return
SearchWs.SearchResult. now this isnt a huge problem because its easy to just
use the other namespace. Now here is my problem. I get an array of results
back and and i goto call Rank on a search result. It works perfectly if the
code is like this

searchArray[i].Rank;
intellisense and the compiler see the rank. HOWEVER

if i do this
foreach(SearchWs.SearchResult result in searchArray)
{
result.Rank;
}
it cant find that property or 3/4 of the methods and properties in the
class. Why is it that when its done the other way it can see everything but
when its in a foreach loop it cant?
