What about it didn't get you fired up? They are both lack alot of features
that commercial portal software has, but that comes from the fact they are
both derived from IBuySpy. In their defense they are extensable and have
alot of people working on them as open source projects.

What's a good one for C#? I found the Rainbow Portal
(http://www.rainbowportal.net/Rainbow/Default.aspx) that is written in C#
but i'm not too fired up about it. Hopefully somebody has stumbled
across a pretty cool one.

.NET language that can be uploaded and installed without recompiling
the Core project.
