Damn, has anybody got a solution to this problem?
I'm developing in VS.NET 2003, my mentor only has 2002. He would like to
view my source however.
Maybe I can create a new solution in VS.NET 2002, add my files, and post
that to him?

No. The solution and project file formats have been upgraded and are not
compatible this way.
You can find a backward project converter (2003 ==> 2002) on
www.codeproject.com
