Switching Platform on a single project

I'm developing solution for both Win32 and Compact Framework platform
and I try to avoid duplicate development effort
so I use switch in the project configuration (Like Debug PDA vs. Debug)
and I use the #if PDA to avoid an authorized Compact Framework code from
being compiled

BUT I want to test the project upon the right Platform setting so I'm
looking for ways
of defining more then one Platform Setting in the project setting

the combo box in the Configuration Manager do not seem to have the ability
of having more then one platform

HELP ME IF YOU CAN
