Developing and testing a control in Dev Studio

Hello,

I think a lot of the problems I have been fighting have to do with building
a solution with 1 project being a control, 1 project being a test for that
control, and the control being loaded into the toolbar.

The version in the toolbar is version registered, so it always seems out of
sync.

How do I accomplish this setup cleanly?

Thanks
