Resource Error

Hi .. My case is like this :
I want to retrieve a text from the Resource Manager but an
error was occurred, and the error is like this:

"Could not find any resources appropriate for the
specified culture (or the neutral culture) on disk.
baseName: string locationInfo: <null> fileName:
string.resources"

So where can I modified the code in order to eliminate the
error.....

THANKS VERY MUCH !!

Stephen
