RichTextBox words to a ListBox

I've a richTextBox1 which contains a paragraph of text. I'd like to copy
the words to a listBox1.

How can I use a "foreach" to accomplish this? Something like this:

foreach(string s in richTextbox1)
{
listBox1.Items.Add(just the words without any punctiation, one word per
line)
}

TIA

FTS
