Permissions when executing a process

I am trying to execute a .cmd file by setting up a
System.Diagnostics.Process object with the appropriate
StartInfo (filename, arguments, etc), however this doesn't
seem to be executing correctly.

When I pipe the output into a file, I receive the
error "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password".

The command file is trying to access a text file on
another server, and I'm guessing that it doesn't have the
appropriate authority to access this server.

Can anyone tell me how to set the appropriate permissions
so that the instructions in my command file will run
smoothly?

Thanks
