web page question

Hi friends,

Once again, I am asking a question in the wrong venue and once again I'll
rationalize by expressing my appreciation for all the help you folks have
provided.

A neighbor prompted this one.

Sometimes my neighbor displays a web page in her browser that does not let
let her view the source html. I have also encountered this. How is this
accomplished?

Thanx,
Bill
