I need to change the color and the Control Buttons.

If you want to do this, then you will have to override the WndProc
method on the Form, and handle the WM_NCPAINT message. You will have to
custom paint the title and the buttons yourself, and handle the processing
of the click events by handling the WM_NCLBUTTONDOWN message, as well as
others.
Also, you will have to call out to GetDCEx in order to get the device
context of the border to paint on.
