Lost Post

P: n/a
I posted a message sometime around the 5th and 7th of July. Somehow, I have
LOST all messages between Jun 10th and July 7th. Is there somehow I can
recover these. Or can someone check for my post and forward me any replies.

I "Think" you can seach for Julseth.

Thanks....

Hi Jon,

I did not know about groups.google.com. This is great. I could retrieve some
old posts that I wanted to keep for future use and that I had lost when I
reformatted my hard disk.
Thanks for the link.

Bruno.

Now would be a good time to familiarise yourself with
groups.google.com. I always use the advanced search rather than
remembering the various "tags" to say what bit you need to search for.

In this case, on advanced search, just set author to
br*****@attglobal.net and the date to 5th-7th of July 2003.

You'll find your post - but unfortunately you'll also see there have
been no replies.
The other thing to do is unsubscribe from the group, and then
resubscribe. For many newsreaders, that's a simple way of rereading all
the messages.
