Code Definition Window on C# 2008 (Express)

I can't find any Code Definition option in View menu, as I was told
from MSDN online article. I only tried this in my C# edition of VS2008
express since I don't use VB2008 yet. Does anyone know something about
this that I haven't?

It looks like this window is only in the full Visual Studio (I can't
see it in Express) - but to be honest, it isn't a window I've used
much... (if ever)

I'm trying to embed a command window in a form in VB.NET. I remember back in the old days there was a button in the IDE to add the window, and I never really learned how it worked. I just downloaded Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition and the button no longer exists. Does anyone know how to initialize and embed a command window into a form or control of some sort? Thanks.

I need to move a database from sql server 2008 to sql express 2008. Will backing up the sql server 2008 database to a file and then using that file to restore to sql express 2008 work? I don't have express on my machine so I can't simply try to see if it works. If I do do it, sql server will be on my machine and sql express will be remote.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
