Word application quit ambiguity

I tried to close the word document object and word application:
private Interop.Word.Ap plication WordApp;
private Interop.Word.Do cument WordDoc;

// close word and quit word application

WordDoc.Close(r ef _newMissing, ref _newMissing, ref _newMissing);
WordApp.Applica tion.Quit(ref _notTrue,
ref _newMissing,
ref _newMissing);

However, I got warning from VS 2005:

Warning 38 Ambiguity between method 'Interop.Word._ Document.Close( ref
object, ref object, ref object)' and non-method
'Interop.Word.D ocumentEvents2_ Event.Close'. Using method group.

Warning 39 Ambiguity between method 'Interop.Word._ Application.Qui t(ref
object, ref object, ref object)' and non-method
'Interop.Word.A pplicationEvent s4_Event.Quit'. Using method group.

Not sure how to fix that ?

Apologies for the newbie question. I have created a vb.net program for my company that is designed to work with Word Templates (about forty of them that we commonly use) that are selected by the user and populated (with info from an Access database) at run-time, then saved as Word documents. The program I have coded works fine -- it does what I need it to do. But it has two problems: (1) it runs very slowly, and (2) it does not seem to...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers.
