C# ActiveX Control Running in a JSP page

I would like to create an C# activeX control that can run within a JSP
page..so that a client can communicate throw a socket to a client PC without
affecting performance on the Application server..

How can I use C# to do this.

What security options do I need to configure apart from IE activeX settings
on the client...

I know the .net framwork has security settings..do i need to configure
this..

What are the steps required to create a control to do this...can someone
provide some examples?

thanks
