NetStats

Does Anybody know how to display the MB sent and recieved on the network? I
tried to do this with Ipv4Statistics. BytesSent and BytesRecieved but it
doesent seem to work right.. everythime i run the programm i get different
values. And the other question: how can i monitor only specified ips or
networks?
