Change an image PostedFile image size and resolution

Can anybody give me a code example of how to change an image size and
resolution. I can upload a image file to a PostedFile. But what I need to do
is change the size of that image and save it to my web server in a jpg
format. I also would like to save the jpg format in different resolutions. I
have looked on the internet and haven't been able to find any code examples
can you help.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
