Is it possible to create a VB command button using windows API.

I have a unique situation, I have an OCX created by VB (not source
code), a Csharp form is hosting the OCX, and I need to create a new
window ThunderRT6Comma ndButton (VB Command button) in the OCX window in
the runtime.
Is it possible?
I have successfully created a pushbutton in the OCX, but that is not
good enough.
Please advice.
Thanks in advance.
John

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not.
