My first Google search ("search engine google yahoo C#") found a few
hits, including
http://www.codeproject.com/csharp/Se...ineParsers.asp

If that doesn't help you, please be more specific.

I am trying to meta-search the search engines. At the very least, I am trying to capture the results returned from any search engine (doesn't matter which one), and pick out the results I find relevant based on a parser I would write in ASP. I know google has an API, but it's for personal use only it claims. Anybody have experience...

Are meta tags case sensitive or does case sensitivity vary depending on the search engine a user is using? I've read that some search engines care about case wrt meta tags (for keywords in particular) and I've read that other search engines aren't case sensitive. Is this true? Is there a listing of which search engines pay attention to case...

Are meta tags case sensitive or does case sensitivity vary depending on the search engine a user is using? I'm wondering whether there's a standard regarding case (and other rules) in meta tags (meta data in general). I couldn't find anything definitive, but I could just be mis-searching. (Maybe I searched using the wrong case. :-) ...

Re. <title>, my impression has been that a line break is _NOT_ allowed in the contained text. Is that true? Also, I gather a double quotation mark in the text string (and ampersand, etc.) _IS_ acceptable, but not char entities (such as &quote;), decimal characters (such as ‛) or style-sheet defined elements (such as <q>). Re. <meta...

Web Authoring | Meta-Tags The first thing to understand in regard to Meta Tags is the three most important tags placed in the head of your html documents. They are the title, description, and keyword meta-tags. If you are missing any of these meta-tags you are missing the boat. If you use the following meta-tag formula, and you are not...

Are the differences between a search engine, a subject directory and a meta search engine significant for an ebusiness web site owner? I recently build myself a meta-tag based search engine (http://search.floip.com) - not because I think its worth doing on its own but because there where a heap of functions I wanted to write in PHP and that was a good base. One thing I have noticed is that a large proportion of the sites submitted do not actually use meta tags. While I...

Hi, If I use master pages with META tags in the head section... can I still use META tag on the child pages (child pages reference the master page). I ask this question because I heard the more pages with META tags containing search engine key words, the higher the search engine ranking. Thanks, King

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows.
