converting java's bidi-directional code to dotnet csharp?

so i'm slowly moving the transition to csharp and once again i'm faced
with the problem for flipped hebew letters etc...

but now the problem may not be so hard to solve as i have seen that
the unicode.org has a java code for that algorithem, i've also seen
that microsoft has jlca, java language to csharp converter,

so i'm asking is it possible to use both tools to create a function
that will dispaly the problem correctly..
what i'm doing so far... (test.txt is a file written in dos app)
StreamReader sr =
new StreamReader("t est.txt",System .Text.Encoding. GetEncoding(862 ));
// can read hebrew correctly in debug mode).
string s=sr.ReadLine() ;
byte[] bSource=System. Text.Encoding.D efault.GetBytes (s);
// converting the charachters to my charset..

// create a function to flip the characters correctly.

Hi, Does Java has some handy functions to convert types to bits. I need to send a strign filled with 0 and 1 so functions like StringToBits( String s ) FloatToBits( float f ) IntToBits( int i ) would be great because I'm too lazy to write that shit on my own. And vice versa, are their also functions to convert back?

Hi, I'm writing an application that gets a string as an input from the user, and creates an image with this string. The library that creates the image doesn't recognize if the string is a right-to-left string, so in such case, I need to create a mirror string. How can I know if the string that I got from the user is in a BiDi language?...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows.
