Javascript probelm in the hosted AxWebBrowser control

Hi,

I host an AxWebBrowser control in my application.
Some web sites have Javascript that will open a new window and show
results in the new window. I used the following codes to create a new
form containing an AxWebBrowser control when a new window will be
created:

private void m_axWebBrowser_ NewWindow2(obje ct sender,
AxSHDocVw.DWebB rowserEvents2_N ewWindow2Event e)
{
... ...

m_NewWindow = CreateWebBrowse r();
e.ppDisp = m_NewWindow.m_a xWebBrowser.App lication;
...
}

It seems to work ok. However, if I close the new form and the javascript
is trigered again, my program does nothing. It seems to me that the
javascript is only attached to the new form and does not know the form
has been closed.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot,

Pengyu.

I have used the AxWebBrowser in a Visual Basic Project... I found that both Framework 1.0 and 1.1 had to be installed for it to work properly. I now have found that in Studio 2003, that the probablem has come back even if both are installed. When I open a windows form that has the Browser on it and try to Navigate to a page using the OnEnter or OnLoad events, the page just sits there and does

It appears that I cannot correctly install the AxWebBrowser in VS2005. I can instantiate an "AxWebBrowser browser" and refer to its members, properties, and methods. I'm having trouble with the AxWebBrowser.Document: When I print browser.Document.GetType().ToString() at runtime, I get "mshtml.HTMLDocumentClass". But The VS2005 compiler does not recognize the member AxWebBrowser.Document as anything other than a System.Object -- e.g.,...

Hi, I need to know if there's some way to access to the Anti-Phishing subsystem to run queries on it. My app consists in a hosted AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser interop. My client needs the anti-phising working and I need to know if I have to implement the full logic and the database with the flagged sites, or can I use some API exposed by IE7 via COM. Thanks!

The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
