The issue I am encountering is when I use iE8 the prompt text won't be displayed
and when I start typing only one letter displayed

my question : how can I fix the issue without upgrade my browser and without using the meta tag
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=10, IE=11"/>
