how can i get chekboxlist when the cursor on textbox

i want to get the chekboxlist when the cursor on textbox.and when i click the cheboxlist items then textbox will count the how many items i selected

You could use JavaScript to update the TextBox with the number of items checked in the CheckBoxList.

Or you could have the CheckBoxList post back to the server and have the server-side-code (your C# or VB.NET code) set the TextBox.Text property to the number of items checked in your CheckBoxList.
