Export crystal report to pdf with having temp folder write access in C#

Dear frnds, actually our admin team removed temp folder write access as per audit report ,thats why unable to export report. It showing error as " Error in File C:\windows\Temp\REportVendor {9F0FC3C9-35B5-432A-A96B-306417EC5E38}.rpt: Another program using it " etc.

When we give temperorary access to temp folder , it works fine.
Can you please suggest way of implementing without write access to temp folder.

I don't understand your question. Are you asking how to write a file without having write permissions? That's impossible.
