Configuring GridView with Sqldatasource in Sharepoint

Error in Sharepoint while configuring GridView control with the Sqldatasource.

I created a Sqldatasource control and GridView control in Sharepoint designer and configured the GridView to the Sqldatasource.But while viewing the webpage in the Sharepoint page it displays error.

An unexpected error has occurred.
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

Any help is appreciated

It's pretty hard to help you if we don't know what the error message is. Please use the Windows SharePoint Services to discover the underlying error.
