Add a comment to microblog??

I have a table that include a Microblog (Messages) and I need to add comment for each message where each one can actually accept more than one comment?? please help me in writing the code her??

Hint / Table A (Microblogs) with a link to add comment
Table B (Comment) is used to submit comment to each Microblog by different user.
