how to get client ipaddres.. i use userhost addr.bt it give 127.0.0.1 means server IP

i m working on online exam.. when i request client IP address.. it give me server IP address. or when i working on local my PC's.. at that time it Give Me 127.0.0.1 means my pc's server ip address.. how to get client IP address.. when they use or working on my app;ication..?????
