how top store data from csv file in to database in asp.net

suppose company gives the information related to our client like name,age etc in the form of csv file format
i want to store the data of this file in the sqlserver2005 database columnwise like if i make a table of column "name" "age" etc so that data should be store in this manner .......... please help me
