  1. Implement and test your application on your development computer
  2. Publish the application using Visual Studio (in the solution explorer, right click on the application and select "Publish"....or go to the Build menu and select Publish there)
  3. After publishing your application, Visual Studio will generate the files necessary to run your application on a live server
  4. Move the files generated by the publish to the server
  5. Ensure that any third-party components used in development are installed on the server
