Whenever you have a .NET related question please try to find the answer in the MSDN Library first. The MSDN Library has documentation on all .NET topics and is a great starting place for learning about new .NET concepts like localization/globalization. I use this resource all the time and I recommend that new .net developers bookmark it so that they can refer to it as well. In fact, there are several articles on the topic of ASP.NET Globalization and Localization.
