how I can deploy DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll to a shared windows server

I am developing an asp.net web application project.I need to deploy DocumentFormat.OpenXml dll file with the project.
I deployed the project by setting coppyLocal=true,but the servar can not access the dll.

My server is a shared server.

Help me with detail explanation.........
