problem:MS example CSASPNETFormViewUpload image length limit to 8000

Hi,

I downloaded CSASPNETFormViewUpload example
(you can google.download.run.within a minute.database is ready to use)

everything seems good.
uploading an image to a sqlserver record everything is okay till here.
but when I Edit only textboxes and not selecting another image to upload(because I only wantto change textboxes not image)
than old uploaded image becomes corrupted.
(update set sql corrupts the image data)

before SELECT DATALENGTH(Picture) FROM Person returns me 345962
after image corruption ; returns always 8000.

sqlserver express x64 installed.and nothing changed (codes and database mdf is orginal except a new record inserted only with a jpeg file)

thanks much before any answers.

a screenshot step by step attached.(locate your mouse on image preview to see whole image)
