deleting a row of a gridview

hi! how can I delete a row of a gridview that has a command field Delete?
and would you please tell me how can I update a specific cell of a gridview.

All the information you need on the GridView and any other .NET controls can be found in the MSDN Library. This resource should get you pointed in the right direction....there are multiple articles on the GridView control there. Like, for example, documentation on how to use the GridView.RowDeleting Event and the GridView.RowUpdating event which are complete with examples. I recommend bookmarking the MSDN Library and using it as your primary resource when developing in .NET.
