pass value from one usercontrol to another

hi to all
i new to asp.net so please help me...
please send me the tip for passing value from one usercontrol to another usercontrol

Implement public properties on both controls that will let you get and set the value you want to pass between the controls.

On the ASPX page that contains both controls use the property of one control to get the value from the control and use the property of the other to set the value of that control.
