ImageMap Selection

In an ImageMap, when we want to get to any particular place of an Image we usually use some ImageMap properties like Circle/Rectangle/Polygon...etc. and put integer values.
What I want to know, is there any method by which we can have the idea of selecting those numbers?
Suppose, I want to reach the nose in a picture of face. How will I decide the X and Y cocordinate value of CircleHotspot?
