Question :
I would like to call files i.e. stored on local hdd in my c# application by passing parameter as a filename to a function.
Actually i have made a stored procedure which gives me filenames randomly. now i would like retrive files which are stored in our local hard disk.

I don't really understand what you're trying to do?
What does a stored procedure have to do with reading files?

Respected Sir,

I have made a Stored Procedure to generate the question_no which is unique in the database and these questions are physically stored on local hdd . So when i get these question_no then i want to display these questions on Iframe. I have stored all these questions on local hdd C:\\shashi\Questions with the name of Question_no.
please help me out..

I don't think I would use an IFrame in this case.

IFrames are used for loading web pages within web pages but in this case you just have a bunch of questions stored in files.

You should use the File class to open the file and read the contents. Display the contents of the file into some sort of ASP.NET control (like a textbox or label or ....anything you think would best display the question)
